Your unconscious mind is the volt that holds everything we have ever learnt or experienced in our life.
This is the programming that creates our reality.
We don’t normally have access to our unconscious mind because it’s unconscious. Despite the fact it holds every single memory that we are now aware of.
However, at times the unconscious mind will share information with us allowing us access to it.
This is where Hypnosis comes in as it allows the gate way between them to be more open, enhancing our access to the unconscious.
Hypnosis is a state that happens to you on a daily basis, it’s a trans like state which the unconscious acts in auto drive, such as when driving in your car and you have no idea how you even got there because the conscious mind was maybe focusing on things such as what your going to wear on a hot date.
This is a form of hypnosis where the unconscious mind actively takes over to help you out while you were busy thinking of other things.
Most of us are running our lives on limited, out dated, unhelpful, inadequate programming created and recorded in our childhood which we are now playing over and over again in our minds. Impacting the life we experience now from that old outdated childhood programming. And even if we wanted to believe something else now the outcomes are set, and they become our reality.
So to change this so our minds no longer give us issues, and to start giving us our desired results, we need to upgrade our minds.
