I am somebody with a trauma history myself. And suffered for many years with symptoms of CPTSD and PTSD, due to experiencing trauma in both childhood and adulthood.

In my adult life I found myself in abusive relationships. One of which involved psychopathic abuse, involving me being psychologically abused and violently abused physically on a daily basis for 6 years at the hands of a Malignant Narcissistic Psychopath. Which as a result of being in that abusive relationship I was also abused and  trapped  within in his violent criminal world of Dark Triads. (Dark Triad is Narcissism, Machiavellianism, Sadism and Psychopathy). In simple terms, a world very much like the “Krays”.

A good few years later I found myself in another abusive relationship for 2 years where I became the victim of Covert Narcissistic Abuse at the hands of a NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder).

As a child at the age of 9 I struggled on a daily basis with panic attacks, social anxiety (symptom of CPTSD), isolation, and low self esteem,  And due to the social anxiety not being treated back then it went on to develop into Social Phobia and Agoraphobia. (symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

At the age of 21 I was told by my doctor I’d had a nervous breakdown and was suffering with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (CPTSD) and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) symptoms.

Symptoms  such as flashbacks, startle reactions, panic attacks, hyper-vigilance, dissociation, low self-esteem, feelings of isolation and loss, fear, and phobias, extreme vertigo, emotional flashbacks, IBS, emotional dysregulation, as well as being trauma bonded to the abusers. (which I had to break free from psychologically, after having found the courage and strength to eventually physically break free from).

It was then after doing my own healing and recovery from narcissistic abuse, psychopathic abuse, PTSD and CPTSD, childhood trauma, and relational trauma, and gaining my qualifications that I have today. That made it possible for me to help others, and allow me to set up my own business specialising in CPTSD and PTSD, helping people to heal, break free, and recover from narcissistic abuse, psychopathic abuse, trauma bonds, heal and recover from Trauma,  Childhood Neglect, Relational Trauma, and eliminate  PTSD & CPTSD and all associated symptoms. And also help women going through the challenging time of early menopause, and perimenopause the transition leading up to menopause. As well as helping those women going through the particularly difficult time during perimenopause and menopause who have a history of trauma, PTSD and CPTSD, and their PTSD and CPTSD symptoms. As both PTSD and CPTSD can worsen menopausal symptoms and increase the likelihood of early menopause, and have a impact on the menopausal transition. As well as vice versa, as hormonal changes during perimenopause can trigger or intensify CPTSD symptoms, such as flashbacks, hypervigilance, and difficulty with emotional regulation.
