I help military personnel, police officers, firefighters and all other first responders, as well as civilians, professionals, children, victims of narcissistic abuse, childhood trauma survivors, and survivors of relational trauma. To eliminate PTSD and CPTSD, and all associated symptoms.
PTSD and CPTSD is a condition that can effect people from all walks of life, and PTSD in adulthood is mostly always due to childhood trauma and relational trauma. And not the actual event they experienced in adulthood, in the military, or as a first responder.
PTSD and CPTSD can also develop due to narcissistic abuse in childhood and adulthood.
Both PTSD and C-PTSD is physical and psychological. It is a reaction to emotional trauma. And comes with a full range of symptoms.
And so healing from PTSD and CPTSD needs to be done psychologically, emotionally, and physically. It requires a subconscious treatment as it is a subconscious injury, and is why I do not use traditional talk therapies, such as CBT and EMDR, with my clients, as they are not subconscious treatments.
They do not get to the root cause of the problem. And it is important to find out the real root cause, or causes, as finding the root cause is essential, otherwise symptoms will return, and continue. Not give lasting results.
But also, many people that come to me for help, and especially military personal and first responders are sick of talking, telling their trauma story, they have talked and talked about what happened to them in CBT therapy/traditional talk therapies, with no improvement in they’re symptoms, And actually resulted in them feeling worse. Re-traumatised.
When working with me you will feel totally relaxed. And you will be in complete control the whole time.
It is a confidential process, in which the client does not even need to share the enlightenment he or she receives during sessions with me.
I do not use direct suggestion during therapy with clients, which is so often used with other modalities such as traditional hypnotherapy.
This is because the subconscious mind will reject direct suggestions. And it is not my job as a therapist to draw conclusions for the client. They must realize the conclusions for themselves.
The client already has the resources and conclusions within themselves. I do not give that to them. My job is to help the client find the resource/s, access it, and obtain it.
I am merely the torch so as to find the resource, the bridge to reach and get to that resource, and the key to open the door to where the resource is being stored.
The client and myself work together, it is not possible for the client to fix the problem alone. But it is the client doing the greater percentage of the work, than I. But in order to do that percentage you need me or another therapist to do so.
It is also important that when doing the work that you pick a therapist who has a great knowledge and understanding on what is needed, how, to help you. As well as a great connection with them, as you want to be happy with and trust the person who is going to be helping you.
Emotional trauma/moral injury is the cause of PTSD. And multiple or prolonged trauma leads to Complex PTSD, which is when so many sufferers are told they are “too broken to treat”. But this is simply not true.
No PTSD or CPTSD symptoms are too complex to treat, and a full recovery is possible, and most of the time within weeks.
Here are just a few of the symptoms of PTSD and CPTSD that I can help you with , and in which can indicate unresolved trauma in the body.
